Project Scope
This new-build project featured composite insulated paneling for a modern office and warehouse facility. The roof was fully constructed using Kingspan standard insulated composite panels (RW) with matching flashings, laid horizontally in a sleek metallic silver finish. The warehouse walls were clad with the same insulated panel system, also horizontally installed in metallic silver, complemented by Micro-rib architectural wall panels for a uniform and contemporary appearance. The office incorporated smooth black cladding panels on the fascia, providing a striking architectural accent. Parapet cladding was installed with a bespoke polyester powder-coated capping piece, completing the building’s clean and professional finish.
